Pecan Grill wants to be fine dining but it’s really a pretty common hotel restaurant. My food was good not great. Service was good not great. I think they’d be better off rebranding this to an American style bar and grill. Leave the fine dining for someone else.

I was managing a breakfast meeting for 15 people, including VIPs from out of town. We had plans to meet at another nearby restaurant, but due to an unforeseen closure, I had to reroute everyone to a different place in less than an hour. I ran over to The Overton and asked the Pecan Grill staff if they could accommodate a large group for breakfast. Annette helped me manage the group, and Mona working the omelet station made the whole experience fabulous. Our group had an enjoyable experience thanks in large part to the great staff. While our group was eating, Mona filled me in on all the great things the Pecan Grill offers and made recommendations on other days and times I should consider coming back or hosting another group. Mona needs a sales position because I am sold.
